Why your staff get simulated phishing emails

CyberPools, September 2026. 4 minute read.

Most successful attacks on organizations like yours start with one convincing email. Practicing on safe ones is how staff get better at spotting the real thing.

What a simulation is

Your organization asks us to send emails that look like the phishing staff see every week: a delivery notice, a shared file, a login alert. Every link leads to a short training page instead of a real attack.

What happens when someone clicks

Nothing harmful. The person sees a short training page with a video and a few quiz questions about the clues they missed. The pages never ask for passwords or other credentials. We collect limited information about how staff engage with the training, which helps each organization understand how security awareness is trending across its staff over time.

The goal isn't to catch anyone. It's to make the second look automatic.

What your organization learns

Your IT team gets results over time: how many people clicked, how that changes over time, and where extra training would help.
